Welcome to our 200 Club and thank you for your support.
Please complete and sign a membership form for each number you wish to buy. You can buy more than one number, but we would be grateful if you were to complete a separate membership form for each number. The membership form(s) should be returned to the school office at the above address along with any cash or cheque payments. Alternatively, these can be deposited in the 200 club box located in St Joesph’s church porch.
If you are paying by Standing Order, which is the preferred method, please either: complete the Standing Order mandate and give it to your bank or set-up the Standing Order via internet banking (Sort code 40-35-21 Account number 21385089). Standing orders should be paid either monthly (£2 per number) or annually (£23 per number – includes a £1 discount). It would be very helpful if the standing order transaction took place on the 1st of the month. If a standing order is not possible, then payment can be made by cash or cheque for either 6 or 12 month blocks (i.e. £12 or £24). Please make cheques payable to “St Joesph’s and English Martyrs 200 club”.
We are sorry we cannot take requests for particular numbers. We will allocate the numbers, which will be entered into the monthly draw. You will be notified of your number as soon as the first payment is received.
All participants must be aged over 18 and must be either: parents, guardians or carers of pupils currently attending the school; members and friends of St Joseph’s Parish; staff currently employed at the school; any other friends, family or supporters of the school.
The draw will take place at the last Friday celebration assembly of each month at English Martyrs. If you win, a cheque will be posted to your home address and the name of the winner published in the school’s newsletter and in the parish newsletter. We aim to post cheques to the winners within one week of the draw taking place.
The prize money will be £100, £20 and £10 for first, second and third prizes. The remaining membership funds will be shared equally between Friends of English Martyrs and St Joseph’s.
The full club rules can be accessed here. If you have any questions, please contact the school office or speak to any member of FEM in the school playground.
